Svn Client For Mac Yosemite

Mac
  1. I tried svn info svn://steveimac.local and svn info svn://localhost which shouldn't be accessing any specific repository and it also hung. So it appears to be a communication issue, not a repository issue. Port 3690 seems to be open. With the daemon loaded, I tried telnet localhost 3690 and was able to connect. With the daemon unloaded, telnet localhost 3690 returned Connection refused.
  2. I'm looking for a svn client for Mac Yosemite (10.10) which is similar to TortoiseSVN on Windows and RabbitSVN on Ubuntu. I came across SCPlugin, when I could see that its latest version is dated as Feb-2010. Would like to know if it works fine on Yosemite? (Or) Are there any other substitute svn clients for the same? Thanks in advance.
  3. SmartSVN is a platform-independent Subversion (SVN) client. Although it contains very powerful features, it is very easy to use, especially for users of SmartCVS who switched to Subversion.
  4. TortoiseSVN is an Apache ™ Subversion (SVN) ® client, implemented as a Windows shell extension. It's intuitive and easy to use, since it doesn't require the Subversion command line client to run. And it is free to use, even in a commercial environment. Simply the coolest Interface to (Sub)Version Control!

Feb 23, 2009 svnX is an open source SVN client that uses the SVN command-line client to do the actual work and for a long time it was the best fully-featured native OS X client. The UI, however, is not what we have all come to expect from a great OS X application and it hurts the user experience. Nonetheless, for a free UI solution, one can’t complain.

It’s hard to admit but there were days when I used to be scared of those hardcore terminal commands. It was only when I tried and fell in love with the process simplicity attached minimal effort to get a good deal of work done through it. Well, long story short, as you know I am a WordPress Developer, so having to upload WordPress plugins at WordPress.org repository is part of routine. When I updated from Mavericks to Yosemite OS in my Macbook Pro, I started getting strange errors. It was like some connectivity issue with older version of SVN and Yosemite. I had SVN 1.6.5 and it kept giving me the following error.
