Ok, so this is starting to look really really bad for NVIDIA graphic card users, especially on macOS Mojave. Month after month is passing and there's still no new NVIDIA Web Drivers yet.Nothing. You know what that means ? Any hackintosh user with NVIDIA graphic card is forced to use older os. High Sierra recommended. macOS Mojave is still lacking support for most popular NVIDIA graphic processors. Just follow that thread full of angry NVIDIA users. There's also some official statements:
Mac OS Mojave and GTX 1050Ti I've installed the latest Mac OS Mojave beta on my family's computer using Clover bootloader, this is my first time 'hackintoshing'. The computer is usable after many hours of troubleshooting and research but still has some problems. Oct 18, 2019 Nvidia MacOS Driver Installer automatically tries to install the correct version of web-driver aka Nvidia Alternative Driver for your macOS. You should configure Clover or Chameleon to make nVidia web-driver to function correctly in Hackintosh. This step is not necessary for any Genuine Macs. It is still uncertain when will NVIDIA release any Web Drivers for macOS Mojave, but we can try a workaround. Download the Web Driver Manager app from here. Run the WebDriver All Versions app and click on Reinstall Driver and then Download Webdriver. After it's done, quit the WebDriver All Versions app and open it again.

Developers using Macs with NVIDIA graphics cards are reporting that after upgrading from 10.13 to 10.14 (Mojave) they are experiencing rendering regressions and slow performance. Apple fully controls drivers for Mac OS. But if Apple allows, our engineers are ready and eager to help Apple deliver great drivers for Mac OS 10.14 (Mojave).
It appears that it's dawn of NVIDIA in macOS. Really. If you're careful observer, you'll notice that Apple is forcing Radeon graphic cards and integrated graphics.
EDIT 1: At tonymacx86 they say that NVIDIA is actively working on new drivers.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are working on it and the drivers should be available at the earliest.
EDIT2: Still no drivers yet. Nvidia on macOS is dead.
Unfortunately, post below was only an April Fools joke. Still no sign or hope for macOS Mojave NVIDIA drivers.
No one. I repeat NO ONE expected that. NVIDIA has released alternate graphics drivers (Web Drivers) for macOS Mojave 10.14.4. These are separate from the drivers Apple ships as standard, and should be considered experimental. These drivers have been known to solve OpenCL issues with certain applications, as well as providing better native GPU power management for certain devices.

These drivers are currently the only method to get full acceleration for GeForce GTX 1050, 1050 Ti, 1060, 1070, 1070 Ti, 1080, 1080 Ti, TITAN Pascal, and TITAN Xp 'Pascal' graphics cards and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750, 750 Ti, 950, 960, 970, 980, 980 Ti, and TITAN X 'Maxwell' graphics cards. There are no current Macs with these cards, so support is absent natively in macOS.
If you've installed the drivers before, you may get a notification to update to the new drivers from the built in System Preferences pane.
